ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION. On October 7, 2004, Manhattan Associates, Inc. (the "Company") announced certain of its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 by issuing a press release. On October 8, 2004, Manhattan will hold a related conference call to discuss these preliminary results. GAAP earnings per share are expected to be in the range of $0.14 to $0.16 per share and non-GAAP earnings per share are expected to be in the range of $0.16 to $0.18 per share.
